Management

This website is operated by “Rash Gash Music”, owned and run by Josh and Zach Harvey. The online store was introduced in order to sell the same items we import to Israel.

We are locate in the German Colony in Jerusalem, and may be reached in several ways on our Contact Us page.

Terms of Use

This online store is here for your viewing pleasure, for you to surf freely, whether you intend to purchase items or whether you’re just looking around. We would be delighted if you passed on links from our site to your friends or other websites, and let out the good word. However, you may not copy the site or any parts of it without written consent from us. Doing such would be infringement of Israeli and International copyright laws. That does not mean you cannot post images of our guitars on related forums, if anything, we want you to do that. It basically means we don’t want you opening your own online store with our software.

All of the items listed in the online store, are in stock, unless specifically noted otherwise with the “out of stock” bar. Your shopping cart remains cached for one month, but we do not guarantee that the items in your cached cart will remain in stock for any part of the month.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, and up to three payments without interest. From four payments and up, a relative interest will be added to the original price. The details of your credit card will be processed on a secure server and encoded by SSL technology. Your payment information will not be retained on our server, and we definitely won’t pass any of your information on to a third party.

Pricing

There may be more than one price adjacent to the product image, but only the one in large print is the current standing price. Lucky for you since it will always be the cheapest one. The other prices are our List Price (consisting of the Manufacturers List Price, plus Israeli VAT and customs), and Regular Price (if there’s a sale, Regular Price is what the presale price was).

All prices on the site include 16.5% VAT. We do our best to keep our prices competitive with the international market, and we do not add on extra profits in order to give larger discounts to the special few. We also update our prices once a month in accordance to the exchange rate of foreign currency, so prices may fluctuate just a bit from month to month. Special discounts may be given to guitar teachers and return customers if we think they’re really helping us out.

Shipping

All items on our site are shipped for free. At this point we are not shipping outside of Israel, but that may change real soon. So, if you live abroad and are interested in our products, show your interest and contact us!

Returns

If you’re not happy with one or more of our products, we’re not happy. And when we’re not happy, Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset. And when Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset…PEOPLE DIE!

Therefore, we have a policy of returning your guitar within 14 days without any questions asked, as long as it’s returned in mint condition. You will get your money back, not store credit, gift certificates or any other form of non-money.

If you have received damaged goods, send them back to us and we will send out replacements as soon as possible.

Warranty

All guitars, amplifiers, cabs and effects come with a two year warranty given by us, aka, Rash Gash Music. If a certain manufacturer gives you more than two years, it will remain even ours has expired, our warranty does not override the manufacturers. Our warranty does not include abuse, inappropriate conduct or unnecessary use of force.
