Take the EQ section of the SA450, add a real tube compressor (featuring a JJ Electronics ECC81 tube),
and you get the robust TA501.

The rear-panel send and return jacks allow for the use of external effects or
other input signals. EQ-bypass and mute-to-tune controls are footswitch-controlled.
