The Spider, like all Babicz guitars is packed with patented features, such as the Lateral Compression Soundboard, Torque Reducing Split Bridge and Continually Adjustable Neck.

The Lateral Compression Soundboard takes off the massive amount of steel string tension from the center of the guitar and spreads around the body, thus avoiding warpage of the soundboard.

The Torque Reducing Split Bridge, makes it a whole lot easier to intonate the guitar, using just an alan wrench (like many electric guitars).

The Continually Adjustable Neck makes it possible to lower or higher the string action during a show without it even going out of tune.
